1. The crane operator must undergo professional safety training, be assessed and approved by relevant departments, and obtain a qualified certificate before being allowed to operate independently. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from using lifting equipment.

Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether all operating devices are normal, whether the steel wire rope meets safety regulations, and whether the brake, hydraulic device, and safety device are complete, sensitive, and reliable. It is strictly prohibited to operate machinery with defects.

3. The elevation angle of the boom shall not be less than 30 °, and the crane should try to avoid lifting and lowering the boom under load conditions. It is strictly prohibited to change the control lever before the lifting arm is securely lifted and lowered.

4. The driver and crane operator must closely cooperate and obey the signal command of the commanding personnel. Before operation, the horn must be sounded first. If unclear or incorrect command gestures are found, the driver has the right to refuse to execute. During work, the driver must immediately stop any emergency stop signal issued by anyone and continue working only after eliminating unsafe factors.

5. All traffic management rules and regulations must be followed, and drunk driving is strictly prohibited. Smoking, eating, and chatting are not allowed while driving.

When lifting heavy objects, the weight should be lifted about 10 centimeters off the ground first, and the stability of the crane and the flexibility and effectiveness of the brakes should be checked. Only after confirming that everything is normal can work continue.
